Allow me to Introduce myself;

My name is Philip Hainline and

I am the owner of Real World

Construction. I have been so

blessed to call the Columbia

Gorge home for the last 15

years. This is where I have put

down my roots and am raising

my (precious) family.

Here at Real World Construction

we are committed to being an

integral part of the community

and it is our passion to bring a

quality to our craftsmanship and a value to our customers that can be appreciated for years to come. I began Real World Construction in 2001 after apprenticing for 6 years under a couple of the top contractors in the Gorge area. Since that time we have built 10+ units start to finish and framed and remodeled numerous other homes.
